5 STARS!! What an experience! From start to finish, I was completely and utterly enthralled. I have never been on a guided trip before, and I was curious about how I would like it, and I LOVED it! I loved the stress-free flow of the journey and not having to worry about the logistics of transport, reservations, and time management; we could go with the flow and enjoy. The whole trip was so well planned out, and I never felt like I missed out on any aspect of the Northern region of Italy; I wish I had more days! This trip was a treasure trove of memories and learning experiences. From the intimate winery tastings and tours to the enlightening area tours, there was never a moment of boredom. I absorbed so much about the art and science of fine wine, the world of truffles, and the authentic taste of hazelnut butter. The introduction to Vermouth was a revelation, and I am now a devoted Sera Vezza enthusiast. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, and the accommodations were not just comfortable but also unique and awe-inspiring. Every detail was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. If I could, I would embark on this journey of discovery every year! Sarah is an outstanding host who made sure everything was taken care of. She is the absolute sweetest human being, and I adore her caring nature and her love of what she does. This truly shines when experiencing her tour. I couldn’t do another tour without her as the host!

Never heard of Nebbiolo or not sure which 13 different grapes varieties are allowed in a Châteauneuf -Du-Pape? Leave your wine worries behind; there are no elitists here. Whether you’ve been an avid wine explorer for decades or you’ve been glued to the same Chardonnay bottle your whole life, all we require of our travelers is an openness to try new things and a willingness to step into the unknown.

LEt your instincts take over

Setting foot into uncharted gastronomical territories, be it a novel wine or an unfamiliar ingredient, invites you to fully embrace the present, to immerse yourself in and relish the tiniest intricacies. The more you slow down and pay attention, the more you begin to develop your own sense of taste, your own sense of self. Second-guessing yourself less and less, you begin to build the confidence and self-trust that you’ve been seeking.

SAVOR & TAKE IT SLOW

Tight timetables and fast food are a no-go for us. We embrace slow in all senses of the word, from slow food to slower days exploring at a nice leisurely pace. We build time into each day for soaking up the sights and relaxing when you need a little ‘me time’.

LEARN FROM THE LOCALS

The best way to get to know a place is to get to know its people. What will you take away from their stories, traditions, similarities, and differences? We love paying close attention to the cultural rituals that lead to a more enriching way of life.

BREAK OUT OF YOUR SHELL

As the saying goes, if you want to make an omelet you have to crack a few eggs. The women hosts you meet are challenging status quo, and a journey with us invites you to do the same. How will you escape your routine and explore the unfamiliar?
